These black tea drops are hand tied using a high grade tippy tea that is hand sorted. The tea drop is made from choosing only the leaves with a bud. This produces a high quality brew that does not turn bitter, so a second cup can be enjoy by adding additional hot water. As the black tea brews, the leaves open to release pretty white flowers that form an arch over the tea drop.
