A house blend of black tea with naturally sweet apple and honey flavors.From the days of the Egyptian Pharaohs, the early Greeks, the Romans, and on through Biblical times, honey has been treasured both as a medium of exchange and as a rare taste treat.

Today, we enjoy honey as a natural sweetener, so sugar will not be required for this delicious tea blend.The apple made its way to America by early settlers, who brought apple seeds with them. Records of the Massachusetts Bay Company indicate that apples were grown in New England as early as 1630.

Apples continued to make their way westward through migrating missionaries, traders, and Native Americans. John Chapman better known as Johnny Appleseed was responsible for extensive plantings of apple trees in the mid-west.

This is a good blend. The apple flavor is sweet and prominent, but the honey is a little stronger. I like that is has lots of dried apple pieces in it.

The apple pieces are really sweet and tastes like red delicious apples fresh from the tree. The flavors do not take away from the tea. Very good without any sweetener.
