A Chinese style Sencha tea with sunflower petals and dried peaches. This blend has a superb peach aroma and taste.
The green tea used as a base for this blend is a green Sencha. Although Sencha is generally produced in Japan, this blend uses a Chinese variety from Hunan Province. Like all Sencha teas, this particular variety has a dark green, needle shaped leaf and produces a pale green to yellow, very bright, smooth cup with a sweetish, honey like finish. The dried peaches and sunflower petals give this cup a delicate aroma with a good clean peach taste.
