Wonderful and easy to make toppings for
scones, cakes, breads, or anything else you may want to top.
Lavender Sugar
4 cups
very fine sugar
1 round
Tablespoon dried Lavender
Stir the lavender into the sugar until well blended.
Store in tightly-lidded container for 3-4 weeks. Shake at
least twice a week. Sift the sugar to remove the lavender before use.
