Any improperly packaged or noninsured packages will be returned to sender. All merchandise returned or exchanged must be in perfect condition in the original boxes with all packing material and tags attached. If there have been signs of tamper or use of the item(s) the package will be returned to sender and a refund or exchange will not be given.
