Following are delicious recipes for both hot and iced teas.    Each recipe calls for tea bags, however substituting loose tea  for the tea bags will make a much tastier beverage. Use 1 teaspoon loose tea per tea bag.

Honey Apple Tea

3 cups water

4 of your favorite black tea bags - try Queen Mary Tea

1/3 cup  honey

3 cups unsweetened apple juice

sliced lemon

Bring the water to boil in a 2 quart pan.  Remove from heat and place the tea bags in the water and cover.  Allow to brew for about 5 minutes.  Remove the tea bags and add the honey and apple juice.  Stir well.  Allow to chill and then pour over ice.
