Banana Chip Loaf

1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
1 cup mashed ripe bananas
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup mini chocolate chips

Preheat oven 350°
Grease a 9" x 5" loaf pan.
Cream the sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs.
Stir in the bananas, milk, and vanilla.
Stir in flour, baking soda and salt.
Mix until just combined then stir in the mini chocolate chips.
Pour batter into loaf pan.
Bake 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in the pan 5 minutes then turn onto a wire rack to cool.
