Cinnamon Pecan Popovers
1 cup milk
3 eggs
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 400. Grease 8; 6oz
custard cups and arrange on baking sheet.
In blender, combine milk, eggs, butter,
flour, cinnamon, and salt. Process 30 seconds to blend.
Fill prepared custard cups 1/3 full. Sprinkle tops with pecans.
