Minty Fruit Salad

Delicious and flavorful salads to serve at a formal or informal tea.

Minty Fruit Salad

A very pretty, but simple to make fruit salad.

2 honeydew melons
2 cantaloupe melons
4 kiwis
1 bunch (small) red grapes
2/3 cup mango

2/3 cup fresh mint, coarsely chopped

Coconut for garnish

Cut fruit into bite size pieces or use a melon baller for the honeydew and cantaloupe. Mix the fruit in a bowl and add the mango juice. Just before serving, chop the mint and toss in the fruit. Sprinkle coconut on the top to serve.

Note: any fruit you choose will work well with this salad.
