Cranberry Turkey Salad on Pita

1 cup chopped turkey

1/2 cup red onion; diced

1/4 cup celery; diced

1/2 cup dried cranberries

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 Tablespoon whole grain mustard

1 tsp dried tarragon

whole wheat pita bread halved

 

Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cut the pita halves lengthwise and then cut in half to make 4 pita points. Toast under the broiler for about 2- 3 minutes. Watch closely, so they do not burn. Place a heaping spoonful of turkey salad on each pita point.
