Smoked Turkey and Roasted Red Pepper Sandwich

1 1/4 pounds whole skinless, boneless smoked turkey breast

4 tablespoons butter, softened

freshly ground black pepper

Tabasco sauce

roasted red pepper

thinly sliced white bread

Dice the turkey breast and puree in food processor till smooth.  Cut butter into tablespoon size pieces and add to turkey. Add roasted red peppers.  Puree.  Season to taste with pepper and Tabasco sauce.  Spread the filling onto the bread slices .  Close, trim crusts and cut into triangles.

Makes 1 1/2 cups spread
